Can I cancel my order?

Orders are submitted to our third-party warehouses within a few hours. If you reach out immediately (i.e., within an hour) to cancel an order, we will try our best to catch it in time. 

But if we are notified outside of U.S. working hours or after 1 hour from the order, we will not be able to cancel it in time. If you are unable to cancel an order in time, you can return the product once received (see return policy).
